Methodology and pipeline — Original Ground Work framework
A four-stage system for civic and community work: an indexing layer that maps community pain points; a personalized LLM layer tuned to the specific texture of that community's issues; a localized social layer that connects neighbors around shared concerns at human scale; and a final analog handoff of neighbor-to-neighbor written letters — designed to deliver the work back into embodied relationship.
The underlying thesis: technology can know when to get out of the way. The endpoint of good civic software is less screen time, more human to human engagement.
Originally developed during a 2026 client engagement; the methodology is the foundation for ongoing work at Ground Work.

Sanskrit Asana Encyclopedia
Scholarly partnership - In development
A scholarly reference for serious practitioners, teachers, and students of yoga. Sanskrit etymology, traditional sources, and the historical lineage of how each named asana entered the modern canon — built as a native mobile tool for studio use, teacher training programs, and lifelong practice.
Sanskrit scholarship is among the deepest layers of the practice, but it has historically been held in institutions that most practitioners never encounter. The Encyclopedia, built in partnership with a working scholar, makes that depth accessible from the mat.

Yin Sequence
Teaching tool for yoga instructors — TestFlight, prototype users active
Sequencing software built from the inside of the practice. Lets Yin teachers compose, save, and refine class arcs around meridian theory and dwell time. First prototype users are practicing teachers.
The equity case: most yoga business software is either built to scale or around one individual. This app is built to be customized around the instructor, whether they're teaching in studios, living rooms, community centers, or gyms.

Whupsee — Sexual Health Verification
Lead mobile development, multi-person team, 3+ years, active build
Identity-verified health-status platform in the sexual health space. Leading the React Native build alongside a distributed engineering team. Work spans OCR-based ID verification, Auth0 PKCE authentication flow, and the UX architecture of a category that demands both rigor and discretion.
The equity case: stigmatized health information sits in a category most software has been slow to serve well. Whupsee is built on the premise that people managing sensitive health information deserve dignified, verified, private tools that meet them where they are.

Civic Organizing App
Built for a state-level legislative campaign — In development
A campaign tool built on a thesis: real political organizing happens at human scale, not at broadcast scale. The architecture uses Dunbar's-Number clustering — capping working groups at the size where genuine relationships are possible — to organize volunteers and constituents into networks that can actually hold together. Designed to scale as civic infrastructure beyond a single race.

Modular policy framework — 100+ SOPs and operational templates enabling regulatory readiness for pre-commercial life sciences companies. Paired with a multi-factor targeting model combining clinical trial activity, financial signals, and organizational metrics for executive outreach.
Chef Lori — Brand & Culinary Programming
Digital strategy and ongoing brand support for an established personal chef, including her A Tavola culinary residency. Recovered and structured 20 years of email contacts into a working CRM, supported a brand evolution into a broader culinary and wellness practice, and provided ongoing technical support across email marketing, audience development, and program rollouts.
