Impact & Deliverables
Situation: Teams had messy, scattered public data and slow/expensive manual prospecting. Needed a repeatable, sector‑agnostic way to rank targets for outreach.
What I built: A sourcing → normalization/QA → scoring pipeline that aggregates CDC NPIN, state DOH lists, hospital/university directories, and platform indexes into clean, de‑duplicated tables; applies standard fields + validation/dedupe; and scores each record on Reach, Relevance, Conversion Signals, Data Quality, and Compliance/Fit. Packaged as Excel indexes with outreach tags and CRM‑ready fields.
Outcome: Action‑ready, prioritized prospect lists that cut research time, provide transparent/tunable scoring, and support a simple monthly/quarterly refresh (or delta updates).
Consulting Relevance
This saves teams weeks of manual prospecting and replaces gut feel with a defensible, repeatable ranking. It’s sector‑agnostic—healthcare, education, consumer apps—and costs a fraction of paid research tools. You get actionable lists fast, with update scripts or refresh cadence if you want to keep the index current.
Project Process & Approach
From data collection through delivery of actionable targeting lists
- Gathered contact information from trusted public health sources including CDC, state health departments, and verified provider directories.
- Focused on organizations offering in-person services, filtering out remote-only and aggregator sites.
- Organized data by region and service type to enable targeted outreach strategies.
- Verified accuracy of contact details including phone numbers, websites, and email addresses.
- Standardized all fields: organization name, contact details, address, services offered, and data source.
- Removed duplicate entries by cross-referencing domain names and phone numbers.
- Validated contact information to ensure active, reachable organizations.
- Created clean, consistent formatting ready for CRM import and immediate use.
- Applied strategic weighting across key criteria: market reach, service relevance, engagement potential, data reliability, and partnership fit.
- Organized final deliverable into Excel format with clear labeling and a Top 200 priority list.
- Included documentation for easy handoff and guidance for ongoing updates.
This approach demonstrates the ability to transform scattered public information into structured, actionable business intelligence. The methodology is adaptable across industries for prospect research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and partnership development.
